Casa Luciano is a charming vintage apartment located in the heart of Bellaria, just a few steps from the beach and the town center. The atmosphere is meticulously cared for and the retro furnishings make it captivating. It is perfect for spending holidays as a couple, with friends, or with family.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a 4-burner stove, a refrigerator, a sink, and tableware. The living room is spacious and has a 32-inch TV. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and there are two large bedrooms. Additionally, there is a washing machine (5 kg capacity) included, and upon request and with an additional cost, air conditioning is available.
The house also has two large terraces overlooking a quiet street. In just a few minutes, you can reach the shopping center (Viale dei Platani) and the beach, with which we have a special agreement.

If you choose to rent it, please keep in mind that, although it has been constantly renovated, it is an apartment from the 80s that holds many memories.
